Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Lemtika plans and prepaid credits. Payments are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and any refund is issued back through Paddle to your original payment method. Read this alongside our Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period — monthly or annual. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not automatically pro-rate partial periods, but if something went wrong, reach out and we will help.

Credits & Top-ups

Credits are prepaid and are consumed when you render or run a billable operation. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credits from a top-up may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used. Plan and credit details are on our pricing page.

14-Day Goodwill Window

If Lemtika is not the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, as long as usage has been reasonable. This goodwill window is offered on top of — and never replaces — any refund rights you have under applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

Start a request from Settings → Billing, or email us at hello@lemtika.com. Include your account email and the charge in question so we can find it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Billing Errors & Faults

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or the Service failed to deliver what you paid for, contact us and we will investigate and make it right.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy on a going-forward basis. Changes do not affect refunds that have already been determined, and material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
