Payslip & account statement templates
Run payroll and monthly statements to a fixed, auditable layout — every payslip and account statement rendered from your ledger as a print-resolution PNG at A4, never rekeyed by hand. Built for payroll, HR and fintech operations issuing the same document to a whole roster each cycle.
9 more templates in this category, opening with the API at launch.
Demo renders are rate-limited and not for production use.

Output today is print-resolution PNG (A4) — PDF export is on the roadmap.
Payroll runs every month, and so does the copy-paste.
Each pay cycle someone exports the figures and pastes gross, deductions and net into a document for every employee — or a bank drops a statement into a mail-merge nobody fully trusts. A payslip is a record: employee, period, earnings, deductions, net. Fix the layout once and render the whole run through the API, each number straight from your system and identical in shape from the first stub to the last.
What you're probably thinking.
“What format and size do these render at?”
Print-resolution PNG at A4 — the size a payslip or statement is filed and printed at. There is no PDF export today; the PNG is the deliverable, and the layouts are already A4-dimensioned for when PDF lands.
“Does the template total the pay for me?”
No — gross, each deduction, the net and every running balance are figures you send, so your payroll or core-banking system stays the source of truth and the render carries exactly what you pass.
“Can I render a whole payroll run or a month of statements at once?”
Point the API at your pay register or statement export and it returns one document per row, each carrying its own employee, period and net — or its own account, balances and transaction history.
“Will every payslip in the batch look identical?”
Yes, deterministically — the same template plus your Brand Profile plus one row of data yields the same pixels for employee 1 and employee 5,000, differing only in the figures that must.
“Can the payslip and statement carry our bank or company identity?”
Logo and accent colour are brand-bound and resolve from your Brand Profile on every render, so a payslip and a mid-year statement read as one institution.
Render your first one.
Same deterministic engine, your data — on-brand, identical every time. Your first batch is free, no card required.
